No, there are no fees for tank inspections, installation, tank rental, or propane delivery. These services are included at no additional cost for accepted program participants.
What if my property needs work before installation?
If your initial tank inspection fails and your system requires repairs to meet code, you’ll need to have the necessary work completed by a qualified professional before Tankfarm can deliver propane to you.
How is billing handled?
Payments are applied to a credit card you keep on file with us. Once your account is activated, you can access the Tankfarm app and online portal to add or remove payment methods, view your balance, and manage your account.
How does remote tank monitoring work?
All Tankfarm tanks are equipped with a monitor so you and Tankfarm can track levels in real time via the Tankfarm app. This ensures you never run out—deliveries are made automatically as needed, with no need for manual ordering.
